DocPigeondelivery, made friendlyEffective date: August 7, 2026. These terms are written in plain language, but they are a binding agreement — please read them carefully.
DocPigeon is operated by Tiny Town Software, LLC. By creating an account, accessing, or using the DocPigeon service (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you create an account, and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your password with anyone.
DocPigeon lets you compose templates and multi-document packets and send them via Email, SMS, Fax, Physical Mail, or Print. You can schedule recurring campaigns, auto-classify documents, use rule-based recipient addressing, and follow delivery tracking and failure alerts. Parts of delivery are carried out by third-party providers — including payment processing (Stripe) and mail/print, email, SMS, and fax providers, as well as hosting/infrastructure providers.
You buy non-expiring credit bundles through Stripe one-time Checkout. Each send deducts a predictable published amount from your credit balance:
There is no auto-recharge and no card on file. Credits never expire. Credits are non-refundable except on our error — if a bug causes a send to be lost, corrupted, or delivered wrongly or harmfully, we will restore the affected credits or, at our option, refund the amount you paid for them.
Prices shown exclude applicable taxes. Any taxes are added at checkout and payment is processed securely by Stripe.
You retain all rights to your documents and recipient data. You grant us a limited license to process, host, and transmit that content as needed to deliver the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the right to send the content to the recipients you send it to.
You may not use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose; to send spam or unsolicited bulk mail, text, or fax; or to distribute content that harms minors. You agree to comply with all applicable laws for each channel you use, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM and other anti-spam laws, and USPS mailing regulations.
Tiny Town Software, LLC owns the Service, the underlying software, and the DocPigeon brand. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Town Software, LLC’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold Tiny Town Software, LLC harmless from any third-party claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your content or your misuse of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, abuse, or non-payment. Upon termination, any remaining credits are non-refundable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Connecticut for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
